Our services are not suitable for people who require dependent care. This may include people who are physically disabled and critically mentally disabled. Members must be self-sufficient and capable of stable, independent living. Solomon’s Way is a housing provider; we do not directly provide medical services.
You want to surround yourself with better - better environment, better opportunities and a better network - but you may not know how to or feel out of place, threatened and guilty at the prospect of taking a risk. In truth, the unknown is terrifying and if you don't have a guide or a safety net, failure can mean losing what you do have.
You are tired of using a majority of your time and energy just to operate in survival mode. You want to reallocate your emotional, mental, physical and social bandwidth to make positive strides toward executing your purpose and living a fulfilled life.
You're ready for a better life. For yourself and for your children.
Many of our clients are looking for a refuge from the turmoil and stress of the challenges they face everyday. They are seeking peace and stability. They want things like better paying jobs and more affordable housing options.
Many of our clients come from broken families, and/or abusive relationships and environments. Whether you have mental health issues such as ADHD, Depression, Anxiety and PTSD - we provide a safe haven and access to the resources needed to transition from survival mode to being able to rest and start healing from your past trauma.
Many of our clients want to be the first person in their family to graduate from college, or to buy a house, or to have a successful career. Many people struggle with obtaining the resources they need to grow and develop the skill sets needed to thrive. We provide educational opportunities and a community network that serve as a launchpad for success.
If you do not feel safe in your housing environment, we will make every effort to move you into another Solomon’s Way property as soon as a position becomes available.
Members have first choice when moving between properties.
We have a zero tolerance substance policy for group housing settings. Random testing will be administered to all members in these tiers. Although we are primarily a housing provider (not a recovery/rehabilitation facility) we adhere to the National Alliance of Recovery Residences (NARR) standards to ensure that our group housing remains safe and sober.
WE HAVE DECIDED TO ADHERE TO MORE RIGOROUS HOUSING STANDARDS THAN THE STATE REQUIREMENTS SO THAT OUR MEMBERS GET THE BEST RESIDENCY EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE.
